Pre-Order

How early can I place an order?

Ordering opens so you can order up to 6 days in advance if you are buying individual tiffins.

You are able to order weekly tiffins from the week before.

How do I place an order?

Orders can only be placed online via our ordering system. Use this website to browse the menu, select your items, and complete your checkout before the 11:00 PM cut-off time.
We are currently collections only. Please click here to see our collection points.

How does your tiffin service work?

Our tiffin service provides fresh, home-style meals available for collection from select store locations. Simply place your order online by 11:00 PM the day before, and collect your meal between 3:00 PM and 6:45 PM the following day

Where can I collect my tiffin?

You can choose from our available store collection locations during the checkout process. Please note that collection is only available during the designated time window.

Can I customise my meal?

Meal customisation is not currently available.

Will I have the option to receive the usual menu on Ekadashi?

No — on Ekadashi, we only serve tiffins from the Ekadashi Menu.

When is the order cut-off time?

All orders must be placed by 11:00 PM on the day before collection.

What if I miss the order cut-off time?

If you miss the 11:00 PM cut-off time, you will still be able to place an order for the following day. However, please note that you will not receive your meal on the same day.

What payment methods do you accept?

- We accept nearly all major debit/credit cards via the online store

- We cannot accept cash or cheques.

When is payment taken?

Payment for your order is taken and charged during the checkout process.

What happens if I have a problem when I go to pay?

If you encounter an error when first entering your credit card details, it may be due to a missed field or an error in the information provided. Any such error will be highlighted in red, and you will be prompted to re-enter your details.

If your details are correct but the page remains stuck on ‘processing payment’ after submission, it could be a browser-related issue. We recommend using the latest version of your internet browser. If the issue persists, please contact us.

If your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation. You can also view the order in your order history, provided you created an account during the checkout process.

Is my credit card secure?

Yes, we use a range of security measures to ensure the privacy and protection of your personal information. It is safe to use your credit card on our ordering platforms. Shayona does not scan, capture, or store any credit card details. All payment information is handled securely by trusted payment gateway providers such as PayPal.

Will you share my information with anyone?

We do not share or sell information to third parties, nor do we use any personal information for any reason other than its intended use.

Are your products vegetarian and free from onion/garlic/hing?

All our items are 100% pure vegetarian and completely free from onion, garlic, and hing (alliums/asafoetida).

Our kitchen strictly adheres to these standards and does not use any of these ingredients in food preparation.

Post-Order

What if I did not receive my order confirmation email?

Please allow up to 1 hour for your email to come through. If you have still not received it, thereafter, please send us an email on contactus@tiffinsbyshayona.co.uk

What if I want to add something to my order after I have paid?

We do not store your personal data and therefore cannot amend your order or charge your card without your authorisation. This ensures that only you can approve any payments.

If you wish to add items to your order, please email us at sales@tiffinsbyshayona.co.uk and a member of our team will assist you. We may need to send you a separate payment link for any additional charges.

What if we are unable to fulfil some items in your order?

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as this becomes known to us.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, we require at least 24 hours' notice prior to the collection time. For any modifications to your order, please email us at sales@tiffinsbyshayona.co.uk

Can I change my collection store after the order has been placed?

Unfortunately, we can only deliver your tiffin to the store you selected at checkout. Please ensure you choose the correct collection location when placing your order.

What time can I pick up my tiffin?

Tiffins are available for collection between 12:30 PM and 6:45 PM, depending on the store. Please ensure you check the specific store's collection time and arrive within this time slot.

Can someone else collect my tiffin on my behalf?

Yes, someone else can collect your tiffin for you. Please ensure they provide your name and order number at the time of collection. It’s your responsibility to make sure they arrive within the designated collection time.

What happens if I miss my pickup?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for missed pickups. If you are unable to collect your tiffin, please let us know as early as possible using the contact details provided on our website.

Post-Collection

What if there is a problem with my tiffin?

During the packing process, a member of the Shayona Team will carefully check and pack your tiffin.

If you find that something is wrong upon collection, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing sales@tiffinsbyshayona.co.uk

Weekly Tiffins

Weekly tiffins must be ordered by Monday of the current week to receive tiffins each day that week.

Weekly tiffin orders placed after Monday will start from the following week.

If Ekadashi falls on a day you are scheduled to receive a weekly tiffin, you will be provided with an Ekadashi tiffin on that day.

Will there be more products/menu changes in the future?

Yes! We plan to add more products and make menu changes in the future. If you have any suggestions or requests, please email us on contactus@tiffinsbyshayona.co.uk
